Your business is very important to us and as such, we are fully prepared before each appointment to fulfil your needs. Your appointment is reserved especially for you so when you forget or have to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, very often we are unable to fill your appointment slot with another client.
To enable the smooth running of our service, we have, therefore, introduced a booking fee and cancellation policy.
Booking Fee Policy
All appointments require a non Refundable booking fee of 50% for all clients on each booking made. This will be taken at the time of each booking. This deposit will be redeemable against your service at your appointment on that day. All Christmas bookings made will require full payment at the time of booking, this appointment will not be able to be moved or amended once it has been made. We will make this clear at the time of booking. The dates for Christmas will be displayed at reception, as they change each calendar year.
Cancellation Policy
We confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance by text message or email and understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Should you need to do so, please also note that 48 hours’ cancellation notice is required by calling the salon on 023 92 553737 whereby you will be able to move your booking.
If you reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment ( excluding Christmas bookings ). This can be done up to 3 times.
Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this
This does not apply to Christmas bookings and when bookings are made you are agreeing to these terms. Any Christmas pre paid bookings can not be used on any other day.
Should any booking fees be refunded there will be a card charge for this of £2 which will be deducted from the amount.
No shows
Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in 100% of your full treatment cost being charges. No further appointments will be booked until all charges are paid
